How drafts are checked
The rules every ad and suggestion must pass before you see it.
Ad copy is checked before you see it. These rules always run:
- No prices or offers in ad text.
- No ranking or superlative claims such as "best" or "#1".
- No absolute promises.
- No exclamation marks.
- Words on the studio's banned list and the words you added to your brief or brand are rejected.
- Claims you listed as "never say" in your brief are checked against the copy.
A draft that fails is rewritten once automatically. If it still fails you see it flagged instead of a silent pass.
A check is not legal advice or a guarantee that a platform will approve the ad. You stay responsible for your claims and for having the right to use your media.
