Advertising review

Authorized Meyer App Studio staff may inspect your campaign copy, images, videos, destination information, targeting and supporting evidence to enforce advertising rules. We record review decisions and may hold a launch, request changes, restrict advertising or pause a connected campaign. An internal review is not legal advice or a guarantee of legality or platform approval. You remain responsible for accurate claims and the rights and permissions needed for your advertising.

What Meyer Launch does

Meyer Launch plans, drafts and schedules social posts and ads for the apps and businesses in your workspace. Nothing is published or spent until a person in your workspace approves it.

What we keep

• Your email address, used to sign in with a one-time code, and the workspaces you belong to.
• What you add to a workspace: apps and businesses, brand details, drafts, images and videos, campaigns, schedules and notes.
• Access tokens for the accounts you connect (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, App Store Connect, Apple Search Ads). They are stored encrypted in Supabase Vault and never shown in the app.
• For TikTok: your TikTok open id, display name and avatar, the access and refresh tokens TikTok issues, and the ids of the posts Meyer Launch published for you. We read your account's posting options (such as allowed privacy levels) before each post.
• Results the connected services report for what Meyer Launch published or launched: spend, impressions, clicks, installs and sales.
• Public ads from Meta's Ad Library for competitors you follow, kept privately in your workspace for research.
• Billing records from Stripe (plan, invoices). Card details stay with Stripe and never reach us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
• We don't post, reply or spend money without an approval from someone in your workspace.
• We don't read your TikTok or Instagram messages, followers or other people's content.
• We don't use third-party analytics or tracking cookies. The only cookies keep you signed in.

Services that process data for us

• Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in.
• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Trigger.dev: runs scheduled jobs such as publishing and importing results.
• Resend: sends sign-in codes and notification emails.
• Stripe: payments.
• Anthropic: drafts copy and answers questions in the assistant, using the workspace details needed for that request.
• The platforms you connect (Meta, TikTok, Apple) receive what you approve for publishing.

Deleting your data

• Disconnect any account in Settings. Its tokens are deleted straight away. You can also remove Meyer Launch from TikTok in the TikTok app: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.
• To delete your account and workspace, email info@meyerappstudio.com from the address you sign in with. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm. Posts already published stay on the platform until you delete them there.

Children, changes and contact

Meyer Launch is a business tool and is not for anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, we update the date above and email workspace owners about material changes.
