Terms of service

Advertising review

Authorized Meyer App Studio staff may inspect your campaign copy, images, videos, destination information, targeting and supporting evidence to enforce advertising rules. We record review decisions and may hold a launch, request changes, restrict advertising or pause a connected campaign. An internal review is not legal advice or a guarantee of legality or platform approval. You remain responsible for accurate claims and the rights and permissions needed for your advertising.

The service

Meyer Launch plans, drafts and schedules social posts and ads for the apps and businesses in your workspace, and reports their results. By using it you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you use it for.

Your accounts and approvals

• You connect your own Meta, TikTok, Apple and other accounts, and you must be allowed to use them.
• Meyer Launch publishes posts and launches or changes ads only after someone in your workspace approves them. You are responsible for what you approve, and for ad spend, which the ad platform bills to your own ad account.
• You must follow the rules of each platform you publish to, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Keep your sign-in email secure and tell us if someone else gets access.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and publish. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the platforms you choose, only to run the service. You must have the rights to everything you upload, including music, images and other people's likeness.

Drafts written by the assistant are suggestions. Check them before you approve.

Not allowed

• Spam, deceptive or illegal content, or anything that breaks a platform's rules.
• Accessing another workspace's data, or trying to get around limits or security.
• Reselling the service without our written agreement.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid.

Ending

You can stop using Meyer Launch and ask us to delete your data at any time (see the privacy policy). We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is. Platforms can change or reject posts and ads, and results are not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we update the date above and email workspace owners about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
